Nice quiet atmosphere, fresh biscuits, great Lobsteritas (margaritas)excellent fresh seafood and always very courteous/quick service.. Definitely one of our go too places.. Just wish they had reservations as sometimes it gets very busy.Just tried the lobster tacos for the first time, not a whole lot of meat, but still delicious.

Red Lobsters can sometimes be hit or miss but this one was fantastic! Very clean and friendly! Soup portions were larger than some other locations I have been and everything was hot and delicious. Our waitress was great and constantly checking on us without being annoying. The best Red Lobster experience I have had in a while and reminds me why I love this place!

Years ago when this restaurant first opened I was very excited. After years of drooling over their commercials they finally opened in our area. We have never a had a worse experience. So bad on every level we vowed NEVER to go back! So fast forward to just a year or two ago. We find ourselves in Couer d' Alene and craving seafood. So we think, it's been about ten years, they have to improved. Sorry to say, only slightly. If I have to have Red Lobster, I'll drive two hours to go to Lewston, ID.

Once again my family and i were treated to an amazing meal with great service at no cost due to the gracious hearts of the management at Red Lobster. We had a house fire and have had such amazing support from our church family at Dalton gardens church of christ, our immediate family and great community. This business treated us like we were every other paying customers and we felt so grateful to be able to order whatever we wished and enjoyed every minute of the amazing Red Lobster meal experience.

Didn't even get to eat here because they had no where to seat a party of 7 people so basically asked us to leave.

Probably the best customer service I've ever had. I'm from California and have never eaten at a red lobster before. My server, brittany sure made my first experience there an awesome one. Next time I'm out here I will definitely be back. A+++++ (friendly, fast, and very delicious)

The fish and shrimp are frozen but ok. The crab and lobster are not ok. The crab shells wouldn't crack and the meat was stuck to the inside of the legs. The lobster was bland and mushy. Basic principle: you can't get this kind of seafood, that is any good, very far away from an ocean.

After multiple questionable trips from me and my friends, we've put this on place on the "barely better than a fish sandwich from the golden arches" list of seafood. You can do better almost anywhere. Overpriced, overdone and a soulless chain.

Went to Red L for the Shrimp Feast. This happens about twice a year. We go at other times, but this is the BEST time to go. Service was spot on and our waiter Ryan was great, made sure my plate was full, very attentive to our Shrimp needs.

The waitress was excellent and the food was delicious. We had the cheddar baked biscuits, crab, lobster and shrimp Alfredo. The entrees were a little pricy and worth it!

Very good food, the service was great, got in and to a table right away. Food came fairly quick and our server was very friendly and keep our drinks full the whole time we were there. You got to eat at this Red Lobster!!

Very, Very Good Seafood! The fact that we have to drive from Noth Spokane to CDA does not diminish the experience at all. The crab legs are perfectly steamed, the Rock Lobster is roasted to perfection, the Cheddar Bay Bisquits plentiful and my son enjoys looking into the live tank where our dinner is kept. (lol, a bit of humour noir to add to the mix) Their Stawberry Lobsterita is yummy, the romaine is coated with just the right amount of caesar dressing, and the New York Cheesake with fresh Strawberries is delighful! I'm not a heavy, dense, rich cheesacake person, but that slice was perfect, lightly golden on the sides, perfect. The service is friendly and efficient, it's nice to go out with a child (who is well-behaved and probably the cleanest kid ever!) and for the staff to be pleasantly surprized that they will not have to replace the carpet after we leave! lol There is a Red Lobster or as my son calls it, "Red Monster" (don't roll your eyes, it's a family joke, I bet you think your kids are precious too) being built on Wellesley & Division, so YEA! We will soon have our own Spokane Red Lobster!!! I had the Ultimate Feast, which has a maine lobster tail, scampi, battered-fried shrimp (for which I substitued the coconut-lime shrimp) and a 1/2 lb of snow crab legs. Husband had a Lobster Lover's Special, with 2 different types of lobster, shrimp and a shrimp and crab meat alfredo which was surprizingly good. We also added another pound of snow crab legs and a good time was had by all, especially our little man, who loves dipping the crab meat into butter. Yummy. The crab legs are easy to break, so you don't end up a dripping mess, smelling of crab. Nice for lunch too. I also like their key lime pie. Perfect in the summer.

Very nice tilapia. Other half enjoyed it. Service was fast and pleasant, we had to wait a short while for a table as it was a super busy Friday, but no big deal. Portions very generous. A little more expensive than usual, but I guess the fish portion WAS alot for the money! Bonus, most of the servers are adorable.
